Holidays 2011

Well we made it through Christmas! What a wonderful last few weeks we have had! The three of us stayed in Jackson this year for Christmas. No family :) but it was a very nice Christmas full of winter activities and even some relaxing! A few weeks ago I took Hayden to Rudolf on Ice! She loved it! It was presented by the figure skating club here in Jackson and the kids did an amazing job! My girlfriend Cody had two tables reserved right next to the ice so the kiddos got to be close to the action! Hayden also got to experience ice skating for the first time! Daddy took her to the ice rink and skated with her! It was so cute! They were the only ones on the ice and she loved having her daddy help her! It was quite different seeing Aaron on the ice without all his hockey gear on! We also took Hayden sledding at Snow King! I don't know but I think daddy had the most fun!! Cleo even took a slide down the hill on the sled!! Hayden had her Little Lambs choral program the week leading into Christmas. It was so cute!! She would not wear her costume which made me a little sad, but there is always next year! At least she did not pick her nose!!! Haha! On Christmas Eve, we attended Christmas Eve candlelight service at our church and then headed over to our friend's house for a get together full of excited kids, great food and drinks and a visit from Santa! Again Hayden was not to thrilled to see the big guy in red!! Oh well! There will be other chances! On Christmas day we opened gifts and had brunch at home followed by movies and relaxing!! Overall it was a fantastic time leading through Christmas! We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas as well and here is to a fantastic 2012!!! Happy New Year!

Thanksgiving in Arizona!!!

We were lucky enough to get out of the cold for awhile! We rented a house in Scottsdale where we spent Thanksgiving!!! While there, we got to catch up with our friends the Currys, and Aaron's parents came down for the holiday! It was a great get away filled with golf, shopping and relaxing!!
